Hi! I’m Victoria Ramos, the creative and passionate baker behind Sweets by Victoria, your favorite vegan bakery in sunny San Diego. My love for baking started in my family’s kitchen, where I spent countless hours making holiday treats with my grandma and mom. By high school, I had my heart set on becoming a baker and opening my own bakery someday.
My official baking journey began with classes in high school and continued through culinary school, where I earned my degree in Culinary Arts. During this time, I embraced a plant-based lifestyle, which inspired me to transform Sweets by Victoria into a 100% vegan bakery. I’m dedicated to using non-GMO, soy-free, and organic ingredients to create delicious treats that are as good for you as they are for the planet.
I love experimenting with unique flavors and often add a touch of florals to my baked goods for that extra special twist. Outside of baking, I enjoy yoga and staying active, which keeps me inspired and ready to create new and exciting recipes. My goal is to show that vegan and gluten-free treats can be just as tasty, if not tastier, than traditional ones.
