Do not take your car to CARe Auto Group Thomastown to fix your car. They were the worst panel beaters I've had to deal with in nearly 4 years. They rush the work, they order new parts but use your existing old parts when they could, they don't take care in reassembling the car to quality standards. In the first few days one component of under engine dislodged and scraping on the ground. Then a few weeks later another component under the bumper bar dislodged, scraping on the bitumen while driving. They didn't use proper screws and clips and the plastic component was not new, instead they used an old and damaged parts. I've had to go back three times and I wasn't going to go back the fourth time wasting my time. The arrogant shop manager denies responsibility and ignores your complaints. They do not honour their promise of life time guarantee for the work they did. The car is still not fixed but I've cancelled my three insurance policies with Apia and gone back to RACV.
If your company has already responded to user complaints and believes that the situation is already fixed, suggest that the user reevaluate it, mark it as a problem solved and, perhaps, complement the opinion with words of thanks.
